School Loan Repayment Eligibility

Numerous positions at YKHC are eligible for School Loan Repayment through the YKHC Scholarship Loan Repayment, National Health Service Corps and Indian Health Service loan repayment programs.

The rolling hills and awesome scenery of Toksook Bay provide a stunning backdrop to the Toksook Bay Sub-Regional Clinic.
YKHC Scholarship Loan Repayment details:
     $20,000 offered to Physicians,
        Dentists and Pharmacists to meet
        financial needs while completing
        2nd and/or 3rd year of residency

     Candidate must make a three year
        commitment of employment upon
        completion of school and all
        documentation is completed before
        the end of the final year of school

     Offer is contingent on staffing
        need, available resources and
        Chief of Staff recommendation

National Health Service Corps Loan Repayment Program highlights:
  • Available to the following positions: Allopathic (MD) or Osteopathic (DO) Physicians, Primary Care NPs, Primary Care PAs, Dentists, Dental Hygenists, Health Service Psychologists, Licensed Clinical Social Workers, Psychiatric Nurse Specialists, Marriage and Family Therapists, and Licensed Professional Counselors

Indian Health Service Loan Repayment Program highlights:

  • Available to the following positions: Physicians, Nurses, Dentists, Pharmacists, Behavioral Health Professionals, Optometrists, Medical Imaging Professionals, Medical Technology Professionals, and Physical Therapists
